Tindle & Andropolous Incorporated (“PTA”), a
Johannesburg based law firm that specialises in
mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance,
structured finance, banking transactions,
securitisations, private equity funds, joint
ventures and public and private securities law, has
since 2004 partnered with the BLA Legal Education
Centre in a skills transfer programme on mergers and
acquisitions for our members. The programme is
conducted annually and takes the form of interactive
teaching sessions focussing on topics such as sale
of business, sale of shares, shareholders agreements
and funding agreements.
